Apr 16 The New Nest.

Oh, hey there!

Yup. It's me again. I'm still alive and kickin' it... I think that's the saying, anyway. Sorry I've been a little MIA lately, on here and on the site's instagram. Been dealing with some big changes over here, including my new apartment!! YAY! I have been so excited about having my own, quiet, little space that I haven't really done much outside of work, besides unpack, and decorate. Which is perfectly fine with me. At the age of 23, this is the very first place that I have had to apply for, have credit checks for, and that actually has my name on the lease. I'm over here feeling like I am full on "adulting" now, which is pretty exciting. I mean it's about time, right?

It's been a long few weeks getting everything packed, moved, and unpacked, but it's finally coming together. Thank goodness too, because I am officially OVER moving, and ready to get back into my writing, and my usual routine. I've been in a bit of a slump the last few months as well, but the weather is changing again, and with longer, warmer days, my mood usually brightens. For whatever reason, I always tend to get stuck in my head during the winter months, so I am so excited to be moving into spring and summer. The new place couldn't have come at a better time.
